Established back in 2003 in Saint Petersburg as a supplier of spare parts for power transmission, Industry Service is now a fast-growing company in the wholesale market throughout Russia.
We are one of the first Russian companies engaged in the MRO business and have brought in and introduced international business practices in the market, as was confirmed by our ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2005 and ISO 9901:2008 certification in 2009.
Our branch network enables us to be “closer to the customer”, quickly adapt to changing customer needs, and offer state-of-the-art technical solutions.

a branch is opened in Moscow. Industry Service becomes an official distributor of Dichtomatik GmbH, Germany – a specialist in high-quality sealing products. the quality management system is successfully certified by BVQI and an ISO 9001:2000 certificate is obtained as a result. |
| 2006 |
a fundamental decision is made to significantly enhance the supply plan on a step-by-step basis in order to be able to better satisfy customer needs. a special power transmission department is opened in the company's head office in Saint Petersburg. Industry Service becomes an official distributor of Sumitomo (SHI) Cyclo Drive Germany GmbH – one of the world’s largest manufacturers of gears and gearmotors for many industrial applications. a branch is opened in Ekaterinburg. |

branches are opened in Krasnodar, Kazan, Samara. a contract of representation is signed with SWR Europe GmbH, Germany – a manufacturer of a wide range of V-belts. Industry Service becomes an official distributor of Christian Maier GmbH, Germany – a well-known manufacturer of rotary joints. |

a partnership agreement is made with Multotec Group, South Africa – a global leader in manufacturing mining equipment. Industry Service successfully achieves certification to ISO 9001:2008 in Wholesale of General Purpose Industrial Spare Parts. |
| 2012 |
Industry-Service becomes an official distributor of Hansen Transmissions (Belgium) – industrial gears manufacturer – after consolidation this company with Sumitomo group. |

Mining equipment department appears in a company for more strong cooperation with mining industry manufacturers. |
